GBIC,SFP optical transceivers come with one year warranty ,we supply one month exchange if our customers find it has problem . If defects occurred during warranty period, repaired replacement would be offered as soon as defected is received. Also we supply the test report for some products and technical support.
Other products may be returned only if those items are defective. We are available to supply exact-item replacement.
Aikon does take responsibility for customers who order an incorrect product for their needs.
All the returned items must be in like-new condition. And we also need the product series number which labeled on the products
